How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, search for and recommend office space, arrange viewings and keep you updated. Our legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in providing the service you have asked for. We use an AI service to help sort incoming emails and summarise requirements; it processes the email content only to provide that function.

Sharing

With your agreement, we share relevant requirements with landlords, operators and agents so they can propose suitable spaces. We use trusted service providers to host our website, store data and process email. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to provide our service and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. To do so, email us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
